The so-called luxury tax applies to real estate and transport. The Tax Code (TC) of the Russian Federation indicates the maximum value of a certain category of property. Persons whose property is worth more than the values specified in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation will have to take into account an increasing coefficient when calculating the standard tax.
