A personal account is assigned to each apartment that is owned by citizens either privately or communally.
To open it, you must first prepare a package of documents for the passport office:

- a document according to which the applicant has the right to change the personal account.
The personal account indicates the owners, with each share, as well as the total area of the apartment and all family members.

The personal account number consists of 16 or 20 digits, which is indicated on the receipt. All utility bills are sent to the assigned number.

What is a Sberbank card personal account?
Each owner of a bank card, including Sberbank, is assigned his own personal account to which this means of payment is linked. It is a current account of an individual, which can be opened both in Russian rubles and in foreign currency. The personal card account of any credit institution, including Sberbank, consists of 20 digits. This combination of characters is deciphered as follows:
