Conducts a competition among students, students in secondary specialized educational institutions and recent graduates of universities with disabilities “ The Path to a Career ”.
Goal : to identify talented representatives among young people with disabilities and present their abilities among business structures in Moscow.
The competition is held in three stages:
Participants write an essay on the topic “Me and my future work.”
In this work you will need to: tell about yourself, your hobbies; about education; what area would you like to work in and why in it? why you think you will be a good employee and describe your strengths as a future employee; Have you had any job search experience and other interesting information about you? As well as all contact information for communicating with you (telephone, e-mail, full name, district of residence and nearest metro). The size of the essay is 1-2 sheets of A4 format.
Participants are interviewed at the Perspective Regional Public Institution.
For candidates who have passed the second stage, seminars and trainings will be organized on self-presentation, writing a resume, passing an interview and other activities to prepare for the final.
In November, the finalists will take part in the final competition, which will be
include: business games, self-presentation, answers to jury questions. Among the jury members will be representatives of the personnel services of Nike, Johnson and Johnson, KPMG, Renaissance KB, CitiBank, Alfa-Bank, TransAero, Anchor, Microsoft and other representatives of business structures. Finalists have the opportunity to find employment in one of these companies.

How to get a job for a disabled person of group 2
Often a citizen may have a second category of disability, however, this does not manifest itself visually. For example, this happens when there are diseases of the heart system and the psyche. Looking at such a person, it is difficult to say that he is disabled.
Therefore, during employment, a citizen has the right not to inform the company management about what health problems he has. Then he must understand that he loses the authority to use benefits and responsibility for violating the recommendations issued by the ITU does not fall on employers.
The option of not disclosing disability should be considered in advance. This is associated not only with the loss of the right to benefits, but also with health risks. From a legislative point of view, there are obligations for companies to develop quotas aimed at people with disabilities. However, many companies choose the option of paying penalties, but do not hire disabled people.
When the employment procedure takes place, the citizen is obliged to provide a complete package of documentation. In this case, the company does not have the right to demand the provision of certificates issued as a result of the ITU.

Standard deductions for payroll
Regardless of the size of their total annual income, disabled people have the right to deductions from their salaries.
There are 2 types of such deductions applied to employees with disabilities;
- In the amount of 500 rubles. All representatives of this category are entitled to such a deduction, regardless of the severity or type of illness or nature of employment.
- In the amount of 3000 rubles. Employees with disabilities of group 2 may qualify for an increased deduction amount:
- Victims due to radiation accidents or nuclear weapons testing.
- Those who became disabled as a result of the Great Patriotic War or in military operations while defending the country.
Important note: deductions in the amounts of 500 and 3,000 rubles are provided in addition to the standard deductions for a child, if applicable.
The following employer payments are completely exempt from personal income tax:
- For preventive measures to prevent disability.
- For the rehabilitation of employees with disabilities.
- Financial assistance to retired disabled workers or compensation for the purchase of medicines in the amount of 4 thousand rubles.

Restrictions for a person with a 2nd group disability
If a category of disability is established for a citizen, he is issued a certificate. This act is used to confirm the existence of disability. This document reflects information about what measures a citizen needs to undergo in order to receive treatment, in particular, we are talking about treatment in sanatoriums.
Limitations regarding what working conditions can be established for a person should also be specified here. However, a list with restrictions has not been developed at the legislative level.
This suggests that in each individual situation such restrictions are established individually. They depend on which body systems the disorder occurred in.
In addition to assigning a disability group to a citizen, doctors must determine the degree by which the ability to work is limited. Currently, this list consists of three groups:
If the first degree is established, this means that almost no restrictions apply to this person. The exception is the situation when the activity is associated with difficult, dangerous or harmful conditions.
When a citizen belongs to the second degree of restrictions, this means that he needs to organize a separate place for work. However, there are restrictions on what schedule is possible.
The third degree of restrictions is the most serious. It applies only to those who have completely lost the ability to work. An enterprise does not have the right to hire a person with such a group, despite the fact that he has a desire.
In some situations, a certificate may indicate that there are no restrictions. This means that a citizen can work in any conditions. However, for a disabled person, separate conditions for performing work activities must still be developed.
