Why do you need a work book?
The registration and completion of a work book (LC) is subject to the “Rules for maintaining and storing work books, producing work book forms and providing them to employers.” According to RF PP No. 225 dated April 16, 2003 “On work books,” the employer maintains a Labor Code for employees who have been working for him for more than five days. At the same time, this work is the main place of employment for a person.
The following are included in the TC:
- information about the employee (full name, date of birth, education and specialty);
- the position he holds in the institution;
- information about transfer to a new place of work;
- information about the time of military or government service;
- information about the period of advanced training;
- reasons for termination of employment relationships;
