We believe that the queue is the number of children who have not yet received places in kindergartens. The authorities mean by priority the list of children who should have now received a list of children, but did not receive it. And those who are in line, for example, to enter kindergarten next year, they are not considered a line and are not taken into account.

When, for example, parents refuse the proposed kindergarten, which is far from home, they are simply transferred to the queue for the next school year. In fact, the problem of queuing is quite serious.
What are the rules for admission to kindergarten?
– The admission rules provide for the provision of a place in the kindergarten declared by the parents. As a rule, you are allowed to choose several kindergartens. The beneficiaries go first, and then the rest of the children. Unfortunately, in some cities, children with temporary registration are placed in line behind children with permanent registration. In our opinion, this is wrong and illegal, since federal legislation does not provide permanent preferences for children with permanent registration. Preferences are provided to children who live in the territory assigned to the educational organization where they want to go.
What is the benefit system?
– We have children who have an extraordinary right and first priority. Extraordinary ones go first. For them, as a rule, no problems arise. Moscow is the only city in the country in which children with priority for admission to kindergarten (children from large families, disabled children) cannot get into kindergartens until absolutely all children living in Moscow have been accommodated. This is a direct violation of Federal law. The list of beneficiaries who have priority rights is quite extensive. As a rule, these are children of military personnel, children from large families, disabled children, etc.
