What rights does the law give the consumer regarding free services?
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law (CPL), if defects in the product are discovered during the warranty period, the buyer has the right to demand free repairs. This is stated in paragraph 1 of Article 19. Elimination of the malfunction must be carried out at the expense of the seller or manufacturer.
