Consumer Protection Law - Product Returns
Federal Law No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992 gives us, consumers, very broad rights. However, the overwhelming majority of buyers do not use even a tiny fraction of what the legislator gave us back in 1992.
People are so deprived of this knowledge and skills of legal self-defense that most attempts to return defective goods turn into an absurd scandal or hysteria. In reality, we need complete calm, confidence in our rightness and a couple of blank sheets of A4 paper. By the way, if the cash receipt was lost, this is not a reason to be upset. But more on this in a separate chapter below.
Return of goods within 14 days
I'll start with the most radical option: you bought a product, but when you returned home, you stopped liking it and you decided to return it. The reasons for such an action are not important. They can be extremely personal: maybe the salesperson in the store influenced you with his marketing tricks, or the lighting in the sales area favorably emphasized the advantages and skillfully hid the shortcomings of the product, maybe a new dress no longer pleasantly complements the color of the interior of your car, or your mood simply changed...
